Six grants were awarded
by the Greater Ukiah Chamber of Commerce.
$4,000 -Ukiah Walks to produce local maps
of walking routes in the Ukiah Valley area.
$4,000 - Riverbend Adventures to develop
whitewater and eco-tourism.
$4,000 - Cancer Resource Center for their
Pure Mendocino organic foods event.
$2,000 - Friends Of Observatory Park for
repair and restoration and beautification
of Observatory Park.
$3,500 - Hopland's Solar Living Institute
for a series of Professional Solar Trainings
to appear in Ukiah's downtown district.
